Cheshire and Wirral Partnership’s (CWP) flagship Big Book of Best Practice publication is back for 2023 with its 9th edition - packed full of innovative and inspiring best practice from across the Trust.
With 46 case studies from CWP’s four clinical care groups, this year the book features more case studies than ever before, evidencing the volume and quality of projects and initiatives developed and implemented during 2022/23.
The book not only demonstrates innovative work from within CWP, but it is also an example of collaborative working with partners across the wider healthcare system, including NHS, local authority, police and third sector, as well as programmes spanning the entire Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care System footprint.
For the first time this year, in addition to the PDF of the book, the entire book content is also available to view in a web-based format on CWP’s website.
