Big Book of Best Practice event and Annual Members' Meeting
Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust's Big Book of Best Practice and Annual Members' Meeting event is taking place on Friday 22 November at Sycamore House (Ellesmere Port). The event is a showcase of the innovative work from within CWP and the collaborative efforts with partners across the wider healthcare system. It will feature exhibitors from across the Trust whose projects are highlighted in the Big Book of Best Practice 2023-24. A number of workshops will take place throughout the day and the event will coincide with our Annual Members' Meeting.

9.30am - Arrival, registration and refreshments
- Register at the reception desk when you arrive at Sycamore House and feel free to grab a tea, coffee and pastry from the refreshment station in the foyer.

9.30-3pm - Big Book of Best Practice marketplace

Spend the day browsing our marketplace stalls and chatting to the teams behind our innovative Big Book of Best Practice 2023/24 case studies.
10.30am - Annual Members‘ Meeting

Isla Wilson, CWP Chair, alongside Tim Welch, Chief Executive Officer, Jennie Birch, Director of Business and Value and Helen Nellist, Lead Governor will formally present CWP’s Annual Report and Accounts and recap on the Trust’s key achievements and activity during the 2023/24 financial year.
Location: Florence Nightingale Suite, first floor.
12pm-1pm - Lunch and networking
- The buffet lunch will be served in the large meeting room in the Research Department, ground floor (see floor plan).
1pm-3pm - Workshops and interactivity
We will be hosting a range of interactive workshops during the afternoon. Please note that to ensure fairness, you will be asked to choose one workshop when you sign-in at reception on the day. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and you will be given a ticket to hand in to your workshop facilitator when you arrive at the session.
