The Wirral Homeless Service supports people who are homeless who would otherwise find it extremely difficult to access or engage with mainstream services.
There are two practitioner-run clinics in local hostels, the night shelter and the soup kitchen within the Wirral.
The team deals with physical health and mental health assessments with no criteria to discriminate.
To access the Wirral Homeless service, please speak to a GP, social worker or another health professional. They will be able to make a referral if they think our service can help. Alternatively, you can make a self-referral or refer as a family member or carer.
Monday to Friday: 8.00am-4.00pm
